Spiritual Technique for the Hula, by OnoI would ask my group (dancers) to sit down in a circle. I would then call in the energy of the dance. This energy was the energy of the Hawaiian Hula. It was not specific to one dance. I was sitting in the circle with them. I would use an invocation to call in the energy. It was in Hawaiian. I will give you the English version.
