Life and Lessons of the Druid Apprentices
Excerpts

On Legends, by Merlin

There was a legend of a man who came from Arthurian times. This man was called Merlin. His life was as a Druid, Sorcerer, Teacher and Herbalist. Much has been written about him. Not all of it is true. Firstly, he was not a Master to a King. He had many talks with Arthur, but it was not his responsibility to raise and prepare him for his role. Us Elders of the Druids had many responsibilities to our community. We were the wise men. We gave advice to those who asked. I was a friend to Arthur and I taught him some magic. He was interested in our philosophy.
